Playing
All games on BestGames are free to play. Please don’t attempt to cheat the gem system, abuse the service, or interfere with other players.
Gems
- Gems are a virtual item with no cash value. They can only be used on BestGames and can’t be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
- Gems purchased are delivered to the account you are signed in with. Gems don’t expire while the service is running.
- Items unlocked with gems are a licence to use them in that game.
Payments & refunds
Prices are in AUD and include GST. Payments are processed by Square. Because gems are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final, but if something went wrong (for example gems didn’t arrive or you were charged twice) contact [email protected] within 30 days and we’ll make it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Minors
Players under 18 need a parent or guardian’s permission before buying gems.
Changes
We may update games, prices and these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
